John Pulsipher DDS, practices dentistry and leads his multi-location dental office with two partners. He can help you realize and reach your goals. He has extensive experience with recruiting, training, systemization, in addition to clinical skills. He taught hands-on implant surgery courses for nearly 10 years. He lectured nationally and internationally on practice management and patient care. 

Adam worked as a dental practice administrator for nearly 20 years. His experience includes launching a start-up and reaching ~$1M revenue in the first 12 months. He also worked as a regional manager over a multiple-location dental practice. Because he knows dentistry from the ground up, he can help practice owners solve any problem. Adam has a BS in Accounting and an MBA.

Lowell's business management experience is founded on an MBA from the Marriott School of Business at BYU and nearly a decade in healthcare. He then joined a large dental group working as a CFO/COO. His experience includes implementing business operations systems, drilling down data that matters, and standardizing employee reviews and pay--the biggest pain points for dental practice owners. 

David Swicegood founded 7Lift.ai to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and the practical realities of running a dental practice. With decades of executive leadership experience and specialized AI training from MIT, he brings a unique perspective that combines strategic thinking with technical know-how.

Jessica, RN, BSN, has nearly 20 years of experience raising children, managing a complex household, in addition to experience in hospitals and assisting during IV sedations. We leverage her experience to speak to your staff on engaging and enlightening topics.
