Our Proven Process

Your initial call will be with John Pulsipher, DDS. In that call, we will discuss the scope of services you are seeking. Pricing from $55-$250.  

From there, we recommend you progress through our proven process, the Five D's ($2,400). After we create your plan to thrive, based on your needs, we will recommend ongoing coaching, a site visit, or other options. 

First, we discover your motivation. What is your why? What are your life goals? Financial goals? Practice goals? This may be personal, but it is crucial that we find this out. Otherwise, we may help you build a ladder that ends at the top of the wrong building. 

Second, we help you realize and define where you are in relation to your "why' and your goals. If we don't know where you are, we can't help you get where you want to go.

Third, we diagnose your barriers. This can be a lot to unpack.

Fourth, we design the plan to overcome your challenges and reach your goals.

Finally, we drive the change by implementing our custom coaching systems and metrics.

Monthly 1:1 call to discuss your progress toward your goals. 

Cost: $200/month after 5 D's Foundation

John Pulsipher will come to your practice. This extra set of eyes and ears will gather additional insight into your challenges and solutions. Pricing generally includes the cost of flights plus $1,000 per day.
